- It’s easier for people to find documentation if they are looking at the same site as their code.
- If you’re using an open source library (like [NPM] and want to use its features and functionality, then being able to see how those features work will make your life easier when writing boilerplate code for future projects or updating existing ones
Can I use something other than WordPress for my blog?
You can use Wordpress. But if you’re interested in using something else, here are a few options:
- Hugo is a static website generator that allows you to host your site on GitHub pages for free. You only need to pay for hosting when you want it hosted elsewhere or use Jekyll as an alternate option (more on this below).
- Jekyll is another great option because it lets users write posts in Markdown syntax, which means they can be edited easily and then translated into HTML by plugins like [Markdown] or [HTML5]. It also has useful features like automatic image resizing and image caching so that future visitors don’t have to wait long before seeing them again!
- Middleman is another good choice because it uses Ruby on Rails conventions while still remaining simple enough for beginners who want something easy-to-use without having too many options available at their disposal all the time.”
