My ground biz is something I haven’t been too vocal about.
You know about my ground biz, right? It’s something I’ve been working on for a while now and I’m nervous to talk about it. But here we go:

- It’s not something that gets talked about much (and sometimes it doesn’t even get mentioned at all).
- The reason why I haven’t made an announcement is because I was scared of what people might think of me or say about me if they knew where my focus had gone—which led me to keep quiet until the time came when there was no turning back anymore.
I feel like it’s a deep well of potential that I’ve yet to tap into.
You’ve probably heard of GroundBiz, the marketing and consulting company I founded in 2000. It was my first job out of college, and it grew into an important part of my life—and yours too!

I’ve been working on my ground business for decades now, but it’s finally starting to take off in a big way—and I’m not just talking about my passive income streams or my podcast. The truth is that there are so many people who want what I have to offer: an intuitive understanding of how things work in your life; a deep understanding of why things happen as they do; and an ability to make sense of them all for you (and help you figure out how to fix them). And when someone needs this kind of thing from someone else…well…it can be hard (or impossible) for anyone else but me!

I’m reminded of the time my dad was going through a phase where he’d be really excited about something for about five minutes and then it would fall flat on its face. He’d spend weeks trying to get over his “addiction” as he described it.
It’s not like that anymore! My mom calls me every morning to tell me how much she loves me and what a good job I did at school yesterday (even though we’re doing basically the same thing). She’ll text my sister if something needs fixed in our house or if they need help moving anything heavy around inside their house (that’s her specialty), and even though she lives far away from us now—as far away as possible—she still checks in regularly via phone calls or text messages just because she cares so much about us!

If you’ve been following my posts, then you know that this is something I’ve wanted to do for a long time. It’s not my full-time job yet, but it is something that I feel would be good for me and my family.
I just haven’t had the time or energy to focus on it properly because I’m still trying to get everything else done first. In some cases, this means having multiple projects going at once (and then coming up with ways to balance them). So while there are days where things seem like they’re moving along well enough (and maybe even getting better), there will also be days where nothing seems right or even possible anymore!
